Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan, triwulanan, dan tahunan. Membuat laporan laba rugi, neraca, arus kas, dan laporan perubahan dana. Menganalisis laporan keuangan untuk keperluan pelaporan ke pimpinan yayasan. Pengelolaan Administrasi dan Dokumen Mengarsipkan bukti transaksi dan dokumen pendukung secara rapi dan teratur. Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen pengeluaran dan pemasukan sesuai SOP. Pengelolaan Pajak dan Kepatuhan Menghitung dan melaporkan pajak yang relevan (jika ada). Memastikan kepatuhan keuangan terhadap aturan yayasan, PKBM, dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Koordinasi dan Konsultasi Internal Bekerja sama dengan kepala PKBM, bendahara yayasan, dan unit lainnya dalam perencanaan anggaran. Memberikan masukan terkait efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan. Audit Internal dan Eksternal Menyiapkan data dan dokumen yang dibutuhkan dalam proses audit. Mendampingi proses audit dari pihak internal maupun eksternal. Penyusunan Anggaran (RAB) Membantu menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk program-program PKBM (seperti kegiatan belajar, pelatihan, ujian, dll). Melakukan monitoring terhadap realisasi anggaran. Penggunaan Aplikasi atau Software Akuntansi Mengoperasikan sistem pembukuan berbasis digital
