1. Overall responsible for technical support in attached section. 2. Monitor & maintain daily production output & quality and mc efficiency/reject rate at desired target. 3. Troubleshoot me failure & carry out immediate remedy/follow up action. 4. Report writing & documentation on machine & quality issue. 5. Perform routine check & me performance/operating parameter & quality of assembly product/WIP. 6. Carry out daily/weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance promptly. 7. Carry out calibration & servicing before due date. 8. Daily routine data entry for machine performance/operating ratio. 9. Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness & tidiness of machine/work area, storage areas/ tool cabinet. 10. Maintain & assist in spare part control/inventory. 11. Perform monthly stock take & participant in annual stock taking. 12. Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) 13. Generate ideas/solution for process/machine/work improvement. 14. Assist production & QA in quality improvement activities & corrective action. 15. Perform & assist new material testing & process validation. 16. Assist senior Engineer/Controller on related activities or others given assignment. 17. Appointed Engineer leader must assist in manpower re-arrangement when there are absentees.

Mengelola Sistem Pendaftaran Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Online Membangun halaman/formulir pendaftaran online berbasis HTML/PHP/Google Form atau CMS. Membuat database penyimpanan data pendaftar dan dashboard rekapitulasi. Menyusun sistem notifikasi otomatis (via email atau WhatsApp jika memungkinkan). Menyusun laporan rekap data pendaftar secara berkala dan visualisasi sederhana (grafik/statistik). 3. Pengelolaan Pendaftaran Online Mengelola dan mengembangkan sistem pendaftaran siswa baru berbasis web. Menyusun form input data siswa dan integrasinya ke database sederhana. Mengecek dan merapikan data pendaftar secara berkala. Menyediakan laporan digital dari hasil pendaftaran online. 4. Dukungan Teknis Internal Membantu instalasi, setting, dan troubleshooting perangkat IT kantor (komputer, printer, jaringan). Melakukan backup data penting lembaga secara teratur. Memberikan dukungan teknis pada kegiatan online (Zoom, Google Meet, e-learning, dll). 5. Pengembangan Sistem dan Automatisasi Menerapkan skrip atau tools sederhana untuk efisiensi administrasi (misal: auto-format Excel, validasi form). Mengembangkan fitur pendukung seperti QR code absensi, e-sertifikat, dan dashboard laporan kegiatan. 6. Keamanan dan Dokumentasi Digital Menjaga keamanan data dan akses pengguna website. Menyusun dokumentasi teknis tentang struktur dan pengelolaan sistem IT lembaga. Mengelola akun email, cloud storage, dan sistem digital lainnya yang digunakan oleh staf atau tutor. 7. Dukungan Teknis Digital Lembaga Mengelola domain dan hosting website (jika sudah tersedia).
