POSITION SUMMARY:    This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day activity of Manufacturing Engineer at PT CASCO SEA Batam and any other assignment as deemed necessary.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Final year students in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering and relevant field Enjoy in mechanical field and are always thinking of how to build something better Positive learning mindset with ability to quickly absorb knowledge and apply them to challenges faced Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail English Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office Literate Ability to work independently and/or as a team   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Under Supervision and Guidance) : Build of New Product Create and update Document and reporting. Analysis, validation related to jig / fixture, layout, time study and capacity. Analysis and evaluation production issue related to assembled issue, process issue, product issue and quality issue Fulfil and Update daily production output, yield target and Improvement Support production for technical matters like, update Asset Tagging, calibration etc. Work as a team with all related department Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by Mentor
