1.  Overall responsible for technical support in attached section.  2.  Monitor  &  maintain  daily  production  output  &  quality  and  mc efficiency/reject rate at desired target.  3.  Troubleshoot me failure &  carry out immediate remedy/follow up action.  4.  Report writing &  documentation on machine &  quality issue.  5.  Perform  routine  check  &  me  performance/operating parameter &  quality  of assembly product/WIP.  6.  Carry out daily/weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance promptly.  7.  Carry out calibration &  servicing before due date.  8.  Daily routine data entry for machine performance/operating ratio.  9.  Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness &  tidiness of machine/work area, storage areas/ tool cabinet.  10.  Maintain &  assist in spare part control/inventory.  11.  Perform monthly stock take &  participant in annual stock taking.  12.  Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)  13.  Generate ideas/solution for process/machine/work improvement.  14.  Assist production &  QA in quality improvement activities &  corrective action.  15.  Perform & assist new material testing & process validation.  16.  Assist  senior  Engineer/Controller  on  related  activities  or  others  given assignment.  17.  Appointed  Engineer  leader  must  assist  in  manpower  re-arrangement  when there are absentees.
