Job Description: Assist in planning, producing, and managing the official digital footprint and creative visual communication of PT Kuantum across social media platforms. Duties include: Developing and organizing weekly/monthly content calendars for official corporate channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Producing digital assets, including graphic designs (posters, infographics) and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) highlighting industrial activities, automation engineering profiles, and PT Kuantum's employer branding. Conducting routine photography and videography documentation for critical events in both the corporate office and the production workshop area. Assisting in tracking social media performance metrics, audience interactions, and content engagement trends.

Requirements (Qualifications): Active final-year student pursuing a degree in Multimedia / Visual Communication Design (DKV) / Information Technology with a strong interest in creative media. Proficient with graphic design and video editing tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva). Up-to-date with current social media trends, platform algorithms, and basic copywriting skills. Creative, communicative, and capable of working independently as well as collaborating with field mentors.
